Missing important information

Some important details are either hard to find or just not clearly explained on the website—like whether they’re the actual lender or just matching you with one. The pre-approval I got made it sound like I was getting a low fixed rate. There's also a 4.9% origination fee, but it's not very obvious unless you dig into the fine print. I did get approved and funded quickly, but overall, I think they should be more transparent up front. I’d recommend comparing with other lenders and reading all the terms carefully before signing.

My car had a few minor issues

Big selection of vehicles, and I was able to find something that fit my needs and budget. The online pre-approval process was convenient and saved me time. However, once I got to the dealership, the paperwork process dragged on much longer than I expected. Unfortunately, my car had a few minor issues after purchase that needed fixing.

The online tools were also helpful for getting pre-qualified and checking inventory in advance. The car I bought has been running well so far, and the monthly payments are manageable. The car selection was decent, and I ended up with a reliable used SUV that I’m really happy with. The interest rates are a bit high, especially for people with less-than-perfect credit. A must have for older cars

Bought coverage for my older SUV and it’s already paid for itself after a power steering issue. Claims team was helpful, though the first repair shop wasn’t in their network (but they helped me find one quickly). Not perfect, but totally worth having.

I'm still using it since my boss like it. It's free website for accounting and has a lot of features. I don't really like it though since there's a lot of pop up notification and the page is slow. It is also annoying that I have to use my mobile phone to send OTP
