We may edit, remove, or decline to publish reviews that violate these rules or undermine the integrity of the Platform.

Business Use and Obligations

If you are using Legitopedia as a business:

• You may claim your business profile, respond to reviews, and upload company information.
• You may not manipulate reviews, post fake feedback, or harass users.
• You are responsible for your business profile’s content and any third-party content you upload.

Intellectual Property

All content on Legitopedia — including logos, code, layout, databases, and editorial content — is the property of Legitopedia Ltd. or its licensors, and protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without written permission.
• Use our name, logo, or trademarks without authorization.

You retain ownership of the reviews you submit, but grant us a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with our services.

Availability and Modifications

We strive to maintain uninterrupted access to Legitopedia, but do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We may suspend, modify, or discontinue parts of the Platform at any time, with or without notice.

We are not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by service disruptions or changes.

Legitopedia provides a platform for users to share reviews and opinions. We do not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy of any user-generated content.

To the fullest extent allowed by law:
