My car had a few minor issues

Big selection of vehicles, and I was able to find something that fit my needs and budget. The online pre-approval process was convenient and saved me time. However, once I got to the dealership, the paperwork process dragged on much longer than I expected. Unfortunately, my car had a few minor issues after purchase that needed fixing.

Satisfied оf easy approval

The online tools were also helpful for getting pre-qualified and checking inventory in advance. The car I bought has been running well so far, and the monthly payments are manageable. The car selection was decent, and I ended up with a reliable used SUV that I’m really happy with. The interest rates are a bit high, especially for people with less-than-perfect credit. Still, for someone rebuilding their credit and needing a reliable car.

Be cautious

I bought a van from DriveTime in November, and just a week later, problems started showing up. When I tried to get help, they basically turned me away. I'm still making monthly payments on a $17,000 loan for a car that’s just sitting useless. This whole situation feels like a setup.
