My friend has an apartment he was looking to rent and inquired about HomeManager's services. He was very satisfied because he found ideal tenants and they cleaned the property beforehand. They also monitored the rent and we have complete peace of mind about the apartment. I recommend it.
I have been working with the Homemanager team for 6 months now and have been extremely satisfied. I have a small apartment in Sofia that I rarely use and I decided to rent it long term. But since I live in America I have no opportunity to deal with the tenants. The HomeManager.bg team took care of the property, found good tenants, paid the utility bills, organized the repairs. Everything! Bravo to the guys.
