Завишени цени, бавни доставки и подвеждащи резултати

Не съм доволен от emag.bg, защото често цените са по-високи, отколкото ако потърсиш продукта директно от сайта на продавача. Освен това доставките се бавят, а в резултатите се показват много еднакви продукти от различни продавачи. Най-горе обикновено се класират тези, които са платили за реклама, а не тези с най-добра цена или качество. Затова, когато харесам нещо в emag, почти винаги проверявам дали мога да го купя директно от оригиналния продавач.

I would order more.

There are so many beautiful things here! I ordered a hoodie for myself - it was on sale and I couldn't resist. Very warm, soft and nice. It provides complete comfort, I'm very happy, I would order more.

Comfy Hoodie but Poor Fit and Customer Service

I ordered a hoodie and some sweatpants. The hoodie was super super soft and very comfy but I accidently bought wrong size for sweatpants. I reached out to customer service, and they only gave me store credit, not a refund. The quality was okay, but I’m not sure I’d buy from them again

I bought a blender because I wanted to make smoothies. It came sturdy, but when I turned it on it wouldn't start. After a few tries it turned on for a bit, but couldn't grind the veggies like in the pictures. I'm not happy, thinking of selling it.

Feature-rich platform with some upselling drawbacks

Cloudcart.com really impressed me with its vast array of features and integrations, which make it easy to build a great online store. When I requested a demo, they contacted me right away and gave me a very detailed walkthrough of the system. The only downside is that the first two subscription plans don’t offer enough to build a fully functional store, so you’re basically forced to upgrade to the third plan. Additionally, even on the highest plan, there are still some features that require extra payment-features that aren’t particularly complex and shouldn’t really cost extra.

Overpromising, underperforming – misleading arketing and poor support

My experience with nextbasket.com was extremely disappointing. They don’t even offer 20% of the features they claim to have. The support is terrible, and there is no actual warehouse management system in place, despite what they advertise. Even their promotional price of 1.99 BGN isn’t worth it. What’s worse is their misleading marketing around website speed. They promote a 99% score on PageSpeed Insights, and while the raw numbers may seem impressive, it’s clearly manipulated. When you run a speed test, they serve a nearly empty HTML response instead of the real page content from a functioning store on their platform. This is highly deceptive and untrustworthy behavior.

Promising at first glance, but serious security concerns

At first glance, сeliton.bg seems like a solid platform. However, after creating an account during the trial period, I quickly realized that many of the features they advertise were either missing or inaccessible. The most alarming issue I encountered was the lack of proper security measures. While testing, I ran into several server errors that should have been handled with a generic 500 error page in a production environment. Instead, the system exposed full error details, including the file paths and line numbers where the exceptions occurred. This is a major security flaw and shows poor handling of error reporting. Definitely not acceptable for a platform that aims to serve online stores.
