Great for Checking Appliances

WOW, mixed but mostly good — can’t complain too much

OMG, I’ve used blibli.com twice now and overall I’m pretty impressed. What worked well (IMO): The website / app UI is smooth and intuitive. I didn’t struggle to find what I wanted. Checkout was fast, and they offered multiple payment options (credit card, etc.). Delivery was actually earlier than the estimate — got my package in 2 days. Packaging was solid; items arrived in good condition. What didn’t go so great: One of the products had a discrepancy in specs vs what was shown. I had to check with support. Return process was a bit confusing (some instructions were vague). Customer service reply took ~1 day; not terrible, but I wish it was faster. Final thoughts: IMO, Blibli is a legit site to try, especially if you don’t order something super expensive on the first go. There might be hiccups, but they aren’t dealbreakers (for me). Would I use it again? Yes — I feel more confident now that second go around.

IMO, Lazada can be a legit place to buy, but you gotta be careful. Don’t go all-in on that “super cheap” deal without checking seller rating & reviews. Use LazMall or trusted sellers for safer bets. Would I buy again? Yes, but only with caution and lower expectations.

Some auctions are detailed with multiple photos, while others give you one blurry image and no info.. I noticed weird last-minute bid jumps that feel like bot or internal manipulation. Hard to prove, but enough to make me question the fairness. If you're not watching the auction's final minutes, you’ll probably lose.

Definitely not worth the risk

If you’re thinking about buying a vehicle here, think again unless it’s directly from a government agency. I ended up with a car that didn’t match the listing, and getting help was nearly impossible. Definitely not worth the risk.

I'm just going to get some toothpaste, and I'm leaving with a $200 shopping cart. I open the website to buy something small-like a charger - and half an hour later, I have candles, kitchen gadgets, and some sweatshirt I don't know how it got there in my cart. 😄 The navigation is great, the filters work, the reviews help - overall, it's a pleasant and easy shopping experience. Unreliable delivery

My package was supposed to arrive within two days, but it took over a week. The tracking stopped updating halfway through, and when I called customer service, no one could tell me where my package was. Sometimes OnTrac delivers on time, but other times it’s delayed by days with zero notification. It’s impossible to rely on them for time-sensitive shipments.
