Dangerously cheap, but also risky

When I requested a return for a minor mistake, I had to pay extra for return shipping and wait a week for a response from customer support. If you're thinking of ordering, be careful: the good price comes with compromises - read their terms and conditions carefully and be prepared for possible dissatisfaction.

Delays and surprises

I ordered a large delivery for a party-everything seemed fine, the order went through, they took the money, and the "estimated delivery" was clearly indicated. But after days without tracking, I started to wonder what was going on. When I wrote to customer support, I received boilerplate responses and not a word about an exact date or compensation for the delay. Although the products finally arrived, the lack of communication and the feeling that u're just "waiting and hoping" left a bad taste in my mouth

quality place for geeks

the whole experience was top notch: the shoes arrived in their original packaging, which was sturdy, and the tracking information was clear and timely. I liked that they give you the feeling of "shopping in Japan" without having to go all the way there. The only thing that struck me was that some products are priced almost like they are in a "premium" market

slightly disappointed

There was a great price for my favorite model. I ordered it, the package arrived relatively quickly, the shoes were true to the description—but the size was ½ a size too small and I had to return them. And here comes the big "but": I had to pay for the return shipping

The website promises delivery within "2-5 business days." Well, those are absolutely empty promises! The shoes look exactly like the pictures, and I thought the price was a good deal. That "2-5 days" turned out to be just wishful thinking, because the wait and lack of communication annoyed me more than the fact that they were delayed. If you want to order from there, be prepared for possible delays and write to customer support immediately if there is no movement. And don't count on "fast delivery" for an important date.

Absolute liars

I am absolutely furious! The Modivo.bg website clearly states that delivery takes 2 to 5 days. I ordered sneakers, they took my money immediately, and now it's been 6 days and I have absolutely no information about what's going on. No normal tracking, no normal response from customer support. I feel completely deceived – they promise fast delivery, and then they completely disappear. For me, this is a lack of integrity and professionalism, and there is no chance I will order from them again.

Yami does the job

I ordered cosmetics and several Japanese snacks from Yami - and the experience was mixed. All the products arrived, decently packaged and correctly labeled - which made me happy, because I'm very particular about that.
