Disappointed with quality and service

I ordered a handbag and wallet, but the quality was worse than I expected. The materials felt cheap, and the stitching started coming apart quickly. Customer service was unhelpful and slow to respond. Would not recommend.

Disappointing Service Experience

i order presented a stark contrast between product excellence and service delivery. So i ordered a pair of pants the previous weekend, and it arrived today, there is just one pant in the parcel, and when we contacted through customer service, they didn't respond any thing, I'm very disappointed from them..

Disappointing Online Experience

Ordered a pair of shoes for my sister. When they arrived, one shoe was missing from the box. Contacted customer service, but they refused to send the missing shoe or issue a refund, citing their policy. Had to return the incomplete order and will not shop there again.
