Poor support

I only ordered once and they didn't win me over as a customer. It took over 6 weeks for my pack to arrive, and the seller not responding after payment. The tracking info was confusing, and the items aren't worth the wait.

Good products, but not cool with the extra fee

They’ve got a ton of stuff to choose from, and I’ve never had any issues with getting what I ordered — it always shows up just fine. They said delivery was free, which sounded great, but then they added this “insurance” charge in case the package gets lost. That kinda killed the vibe.
