Good for the price

I’ve seen FashionNova all over social media but never thought of trying it until a friend recommended the men’s section. I ordered a bomber jacket and a pair of jeans. The fit was actually perfect, which surprised me since online shopping usually means guessing sizes. The material felt solid, not cheap, and both items looked exactly like the pictures.

Bad customer support

I used this shopping site when i was in Dubai, and it was not a good experience. The delivery took much longer, and the customer support was not professional. This company needs much improvement in its services, I will not use it again until it gets better in the future.

This is probably the cheapest online store at the moment. not all brands available but the mass fashion is very cheap. I've ordered pair of adidas sneakers for less than 100euros which was the best price around the web.

Comfy Hoodie but Poor Fit and Customer Service

I ordered a hoodie and some sweatpants. The hoodie was super super soft and very comfy but I accidently bought wrong size for sweatpants. I reached out to customer service, and they only gave me store credit, not a refund. The quality was okay, but I’m not sure I’d buy from them again
