The Place is super convenient. When it works, it really works, and you can get some great options fast.But then there's the other hand, and that's where the frustration sets in, almost always thanks to their matching algorithm. I'll put in a specific request, and then I get bombarded with messages from pros who are either completely irrelevant to my needs or clearly haven't even read the details of my request. It's like the algorithm just throws everything at the wall to see what sticks, instead of making genuinely intelligent matches.
