If you just want a simple renewa works. But it doesn’t have options for vehicle registration transfers or title applications, which I found inconvenient. Tried contacting support multiple times with no response. Ended up having to go to the DMV anyway.

I used it to pay tolls quickly without stopping, which saved me a lot of time. Setting up was straightforward, but the website could be easier to navigate. Overall, it made traveling smoother, though a few improvements would help.

Helped me reduce my credit card balances faster, which I’m super happy about. It does a lot behind the scenes, so there’s less stress. That said, it took me a couple of weeks to fully understand how it calculates payments and savings. Once I got the hang of it, though, it made sense.

I was honestly a bit skeptical at first, but this really helped me get a handle on my finances. It simplified things I used to stress about and made paying off debt feel manageable. Super thankful for the support along the way.

I noticed unexpected fees on my account that were never explained. When I asked customer service, they couldn’t give me a clear answer. Feels like a money grab.
The website was hard to navigate, and I had trouble managing my student loans. Payment processing was slow, and the info wasn’t clear. Made an already stressful process worse.

My loan took a little longer to fund than I hoped, but it was worth the wait for the good rates and friendly support. I appreciate being able to choose a repayment schedule that worked for me
They helped me understand my credit and gave clear steps to deal with my debt. Everything was easy to follow, and I felt like they actually wanted to help.

I explained I was struggling financially and asked for a payment plan, but they showed no flexibility or compassion. Received calls that disclosed debt info to family members who answered my phone. Very embarrassing and unprofessional. They call multiple times a day, even after I asked them to stop. It’s harassment, not debt collection.
I tried to resolve a debt and asked for documentation multiple times, but their responses were vague and delayed. I felt like they weren’t interested in actually helping me resolve anything — just pushing for payment. Very disappointing and frustrating..
Dealing with them was frustrating. They kept contacting me about a debt I didn’t recognize, and it was hard to get clear answers. Felt more aggressive than helpful.

I’ve used payday loans before and hated the huge interest. The service Dave fees for advances ended up costing more than I expected. It’s helpful in a pinch, but I’d be careful about relying on it too often.
I tried using Dave to help with small cash advances, but the experience was frustrating. The site is confusing, support was unhelpful, and I ended up being charged when I didn’t expect it. Wouldn’t use it again.

I use a few apps that rely on Plaid, and connections break all the time. It’s super annoying having to re-link my bank over and over. I get that it’s a security thing, but it really interrupts my workflow. Needs to be more stable.
Tried linking my bank account but kept getting errors. The app was confusing and didn’t connect properly. Support was slow to respond, which was frustrating

The platform is efficient and cheap, but I had a few tax questions and couldn’t find help easily. I use it alongside other platforms and it fills its role well. It’s probably amazing if you’re confident with money — but if you need guidance or have a unique situation, there’s not much personalized help.
Used for a long-term investment account. Setup was easy, and I liked the automated investing. But you don’t get much control over where your money goes, and the tools feel a bit limited if you want to be more hands-on

They say it’s “free” but after signing up, I was nudged to pay for boosts and subscriptions just to access my advance sooner. The process was confusing, definitely not as smooth or transparent as advertised. It feels more like a data collection service than a financial tool. Be cautious if you’re relying on the money fast.
Tried using Klover for a cash advance, but the process was confusing and not as fast as advertised. The app kept crashing, and customer support took a long time to respond. Not a great experience overall

I signed up thinking I was getting a full life insurance policy, but it turns out the $9.95 plans are for very limited coverage. The commercials make it sound like more than it really is. Once I understood the fine print, it made sense — but I wish the marketing had been clearer up front.
I applied for life insurance but didn’t understand the terms clearly. The premiums were higher than I expected, and customer service didn’t explain things well. It left me feeling frustrated and unsure.
