Cheap but Limited Scope

It is by far the most cheap and trusted delivery service I ever used. The only thing that I don't find comfortable is they are mainly operated in Java Island, so when I need to send package outside Java Island, I couldn't choose them

Cheap and Trusted

Not just package delivery, I can also pay for my bills here and also buy stamp. They pick up my package by car and it took just 2 days for my package to be delivered to another province. Sadly in their website, whenever I want to check for the price, they don't have lots of locations options

Fast Delivery

I can order pick up for my delivery. They'll come with car to pick up my package. It's a good experience, but I feel like their staff is not really polite sometimes, especially if it's for COD

High prices

I’ve used DHL several times because they have a strong international network and good tracking features. The service is generally reliable, and I like that I can easily monitor my shipments online. However, I find their prices to be quite high compared to other courier options, which makes me think twice before choosing them. In addition, some of my recent packages took longer to arrive than the estimated delivery times promised.

Lost Time and Patience

Delivery is terrible!

I had two deliveries from them, the driver threw my package through my gate and damaged it. They take no responsibility for the damage and do not respond to the complaint. The driver even ignored me when I called him after he threw the package through the gate while I was standing at the door, and when I came out of the house calling him.

It wasn't always a simple
