It wasn't always a simple

Submitting claims felt pretty easy at first, and it was satisfying to see those rebates come through. The convenience of not having to worry as much about shipping fees from various retailers was definitely a huge plus. It made me feel like I had a smart hack for online shopping.

worked okay but slow

Used it to track my new phone delivery. The site was easy to use but updates were slow and sometimes info wasn’t accurate. Got my package eventually though
