Lost Time and Patience

I sent a gift package to my sister in another state. It took way longer than promised and tracking was always wrong. Customer support never gave clear answers. Very frustrating won’t use them again.

Delivery is terrible!

I had two deliveries from them, the driver threw my package through my gate and damaged it. They take no responsibility for the damage and do not respond to the complaint. The driver even ignored me when I called him after he threw the package through the gate while I was standing at the door, and when I came out of the house calling him.
