Great styles

I love the selection H&M has online — way more than in-store. Found some comfy loungewear and stylish blazers. The quality has improved a lot lately, especially with their Conscious line. I wish they’d use less packaging though. Eco-friendlier would be a nice touch

Good variety

I like the range of clothes and accessories on H&M’s online shop. Sometimes popular items sell out quickly, which is frustrating, but overall a good shopping experience.

H&M online – quick and easy

I've ordered from H&M's online store a few times because it's cheap, convenient, and sometimes you can find cool stuff that you can't get in stores. The website is pretty clean, the filters work well, and delivery is relatively fast (as long as you don't hit a big sale period). The only downside is that the clothes sometimes look better in the photos than they do in real life. But at least you have 30 days to return them if you don't like something. If you like shopping from your sofa with a cup of coffee in your hand, hm.com does the job without breaking the bank.
