comfortable, but not perfect

I used Sesame Care for an online consultation and everything went quickly-you choose a doctor, pay, and enter a video meeting. I liked that the prices are clear and there is no waiting around in offices. The downside is that they don't accept insurance, and if there is a problem with a prescription, customer support is slow to respond. It's great for urgent and minor issues, but for more serious cases, I would look for another option.
