The product arrived on time and looked fine-the packaging was accurate. One downside: the payment process included a bunch of additional offers, and I could barely figure out which subscription I was signing up for. good idea, but with black spots

If you're gonna give it a shot, just use it as a backup, not something you can count on in emergencies. And be sure to take notes, photos, and screenshots at every step, because I tried HelixVM for an online medical consultation and lab test-I filled out a questionnaire, chose a doctor, waited for a response, but then the problems started: several days without a response, the doctor did not show up at the agreed time, and my attempts to communicate with support yielded nothing concrete.

comfortable, but not perfect

I liked that the prices are clear and there is no waiting around in offices. The downside is that they don't accept insurance, and if there is a problem with a prescription, customer support is slow to respond.
