customer service was incredibly difficult to navigate

First off, the cost is a significant issue. While they advertise "no insurance, no hidden fees," the monthly subscription fee is substantial, and when you're not getting consistent results or clear communication, it feels like money just draining away. They make it sound so simple, but the actual value for that price just wasn't there for me.
