Received had a faulty pump

I had high hopes for Musely after seeing their ads, but unfortunately, my experience has been far from positive.The product I received had a faulty pump that stopped dispensing after a few uses. Despite following their troubleshooting steps, I couldn't get it to work. When I contacted customer service, they asked me to submit a video proving the issue, which felt unnecessary and frustrating.
