I am getting healthy by reading SELF

I often return to SELF for articles related to health, fitness, and nutrition-simply because I need something between a "complex scientific paper" and a "quick life hack." The interface is clean, the content isn't drowned in ads, and the topics are diverse-from workouts to mental health. I like that they don't idealize everything - I read about failures and real stories, not just "become a superhero in 30 days." The downside is that some of the advice sounds too general - there's no guarantee that it will work for you.

I’ve always loved The Body Shop for its cruelty-free and eco-friendly products/. It’s really sad to see all the physical stores closing here in the USA. Despite following their troubleshooting steps, I couldn't get it to work.
