Booksy is a fantastic platform for booking salon and spa appointments. The interface is simple, and it’s a lifesaver when I’m trying to find availability for last-minute haircuts or spa treatments. It also allows me to see ratings and reviews from other customers, which helps me choose the right stylist or service. However, I’ve had some issues with syncing between the app and the salon’s schedule, which led to double bookings. Customer support is also slow to respond. Overall, it’s a great service, but the app could use some fine-tuning to ensure a smoother experience.
