Travelocity is one of those websites that gets the job done, but it’s not always the best option. I’ve booked flights and hotels here several times, and while I’ve had some smooth experiences, I’ve also had problems with reservation errors and delays. The prices are competitive, but I’ve had issues when trying to modify a booking. Customer service could be quicker, and the website design feels outdated. It’s not a site I actively seek out, but if I find a good deal, I’ll still use it — just with caution.
seatguru.com
4/5
SeatGuru was once an essential tool for picking the best seats on flights, and it still offers a lot of useful information. The color-coded seat maps are helpful for choosing more comfortable seats and avoiding bad ones. However, I’ve found the site isn’t updated as frequently as it should be, and some newer aircraft seat maps are missing or inaccurate. The mobile experience also feels outdated. While SeatGuru is still useful for general seating advice, it’s starting to feel like it’s fallen behind compared to newer flight apps that provide more current and detailed information.
momondo.com
3/5
Momondo always grabs my attention with its slick interface and colorful graphs, but I never trust the prices it shows. Half the time, they vanish when I try to book. It’s a nice-looking site that gets your hopes up, then quietly lets you down. However I believe the interface looks good and it's easy to use.
skyscanner.com
5/5
Skyscanner is a powerful tool for comparing flight prices across various airlines and booking platforms. Its flexible search options, like "Everywhere" and whole-month views, are particularly useful for budget travelers. However, the site sometimes redirects to third-party booking sites with varying reliability. It's essential to research these third parties before finalizing a purchase. Additionally, while Skyscanner provides a comprehensive overview of options, it doesn't always display the most up-to-date prices. Still, it's a valuable starting point for flight searches.

As a dedicated client, I can confidently say that Viator has significantly enhanced my travel experiences, thanks in large part to their exceptional mobile app and incredibly responsive customer support .
I’ve used Viator a few times for booking tours during my travels. The platform is easy to navigate, and it offers a wide variety of tours. The downside is that many of the tours are overpriced compared to booking directly with local companies. Sometimes, I’ve paid more for a similar experience. The service is convenient, though, especially when I need to book something at the last minute. In terms of ease and reliability, Viator is great, but for the price-conscious traveler, it might be worth looking for alternatives.

The tour was fun and the guide was great. The website was easy to use, but customer service was slow and not very helpful.
oojo.com
which, in turn, sometimes led to minor delays in payment processing. While the service is generally quite effective, addressing these intermittent technical lags could certainly elevate the overall user experience. It's a solid tool, and with a bit more consistency in performance, it has the potential to be truly exceptional.
Used Oojo to send money to family. It was simple and fast most times, but sometimes the app lagged and payments got delayed. Overall okay but could be better.

There really are quite a few good offers, especially if you check periodically. I also like that you can choose your hotel and so you don't think about anything. We booked our flight to London so quite a bargain.
I booked a flight to Los Angeles with FlightHub because the price was good. Booking was easy, but when my flight got canceled, customer service was hard to reach and not very helpful. There were also some extra fees I didn’t expect. Overall, okay price but poor support
asaptickets.com
I booked a flight to Rome which was half price. I don't know if it's a promotion or they keep attractive offers all the time, but I'm very happy. I also had good cooperation from the support. Thanks.
I booked my flight to the Philippines through ASAP Tickets. The agent helped me find a decent price, but it took a few calls and emails to finalize everything. It wasn’t as quick as booking online, but the flight went smoothly in the end
cheapoair.com
I booked a flight to London. I saw the prices, stops and different options, I chose easily. Everything went well, I had no problem. I've only used the website once though, but it was ok for me.
booked a flight to Chicago via cheapoair ✈️. price seemed good, but during checkout, extra fees popped up 😕. customer service was slow when I needed help. next time, I'll probably book directly with the airline.
expedia.net
Expedia offers an all-in-one platform for booking flights, hotels, and car rentals. The bundling options can lead to significant savings, and the rewards program adds value for frequent users. However, customer service experiences vary. In cases of cancellations or changes, reaching a resolution can be time-consuming. Additionally, some users have reported discrepancies between listed amenities and actual offerings. While Expedia is convenient for comprehensive trip planning, it's essential to double-check details before booking.
Booked a weekend trip through Expedia 🧳. Found a nice hotel deal and booking was super easy. Some of the “discounts” looked better than they really were tho, so def check around before booking. Still, got everything I needed in one place 🙌.
