Great Idea, but redemption was confusing

I like the idea of sending a digital gift that connects to a debit card.. yes it’s super modern. But my friend had a hard time figuring out how to redeem it. Customer support did help, but it took a couple of days. Cool concept, just needs better instructions for users.

Pretty cool concept

Tried GiftYa to send a quick birthday gift — it’s definitely different! Instead of sending a normal gift card, it links to the recipient’s debit card and reimburses them when they shop at the store I picked. It worked fine for me, but I can see how someone not tech-savvy might get confused. Make sure the person you're gifting to understands how to use it. Not perfect, but interesting — and it got the job done.

Disappointing Experience

Quality is not great

Yes, the clothes are trendy, but the quality is not great. After just one wash, the graphic tee started fading and the seams were loose. Not worth the price for something that wears out this quickly.

Better than expected
