Activation card fee

Everything went smoothly with my order, and the card was accepted with no issues. The only thing that bugs me is the activation fee. I’d prefer to put that extra money on the card instead.

Unreliable delivery

My package was supposed to arrive within two days, but it took over a week. The tracking stopped updating halfway through, and when I called customer service, no one could tell me where my package was. Sometimes OnTrac delivers on time, but other times it’s delayed by days with zero notification. It’s impossible to rely on them for time-sensitive shipments.
