Great prices and real leather bags — but plan carefully

Items shown as in stock on the website are sometimes unavailable after placing and paying for an order. This leads to inconvenience, as you either have to request a refund or choose replacements. In one case, a model was missing from the shipment, but they sent it with the next order and even offered a refund — which I appreciated. Delivery time is longer than most competitors — typically 20 to 30 days, compared to 10 days elsewhere. Shipping costs are also higher, but this is somewhat offset by their lower product prices. Customer service is a strong point. They always respond to emails promptly and are polite and professional. I recommend working with them, but with caution. Returns can be much easier

I was attracted by the low prices and variety on Temu, but returning a product turned out to be really frustrating. The return process was confusing and slow, and it took much longer than I expected to get my refund. If they fix returns, this could be a great site :(

i ordered bunch of stuff from temu 📦 some things looked nothin like the pics or felt super cheap 😕. only things i really liked was the travel backpack and some phone cases, those came out nice. rest was kinda meh.

Good quality and quick delivery
