Stylish chair but built cheaply

I purchased a modern office chair from because I loved the look. Unfortunately, it didn’t hold up—loose screws appeared within a month, and the seat creaked. Customer service offered a replacement part, but I had to assemble it mysef!!

Good Chairs, But Return Was a Hassle

I bought chairs that looked great and were good quality. But one chair arrived damaged, so I tried to return it. The return process was confusing and slow, and customer service was hard to reach. Hit or miss

Feels Like a Scam

Not bad, not great

Nice furniture

The package with modern chandelier delivered without instructions and it took over a week to get support. Once I reached someone, they were helpful and sent a PDF guide. I like the final product, but the lack of upfront info and delayed replies made it more stressful than it needed to be
