Not bad, not great

My order arrived with slight packaging damage, but the product inside was fine. Assembly wasn’t difficult, but the hardware included wasn’t great quality. It’s usable and looks decent, but I expected a little more at this price point.

Good customer service

I ordered a couch but the legs were damaged during shipping and customer service helped me get a replacement quickly. The process was smooth and easy. Looking forward to the new one

Nice furniture

The package with modern chandelier delivered without instructions and it took over a week to get support. Once I reached someone, they were helpful and sent a PDF guide. I like the final product, but the lack of upfront info and delayed replies made it more stressful than it needed to be
