I'm still looking into it, especially the whole "lifetime membership fee" thing, but it definitely caught my attention. Overpriced and poor customer service

I used Chegg for textbook rentals and homework help. The prices were higher than expected, and when I had an issue with a late return fee, customer service was slow and not very helpful. Didn’t feel worth the cost.

Don't even get me started

This site is an absolute nightmare! I don't know what everyone's talking about. I just wanted some simple help with my homework, and all I got was a confusing mess. Great way to practice languages
