Great way to practice languages

Tandem has been super helpful in improving my English. I like that I can connect with native speakers from around the world and have real conversations — way better than just using textbooks. Sometimes it takes a bit to find the right partner.. I just wish the free version allowed a few more features.

Sometimes, the app suggests people with minimal language skills or mismatched goals, making it harder to make meaningful connections. The chat feature is easy to use, and I love the flexibility of being able to text, voice chat, or even have video calls. With better matching, this app could be even more effective.
