Low pay

Yes.. Welocalize does work with big clients, but from a freelancer's perspective, the pay is on the lower end of industry standards. Sometimes there’s a flood of projects, then silence for weeks. When I reached out about delayed payments, support was hard to reach. There’s potential here, but the experience needs improvement.

Disorganized workflow..

I worked with Welocalize as a freelance linguist. While the team was friendly, the workflow system was clunky and disorganized. Sometimes I didn’t get feedback or updates after submitting projects.

wouldnt recommend

I had trouble with their project management it felt disorganized and slow. Deadlines were missed, and instructions weren’t clear. It made the whole process frustrating.
