Great for Building Connection

LinkedIn offers job listings, resume visibility, and business-related content. It’s invaluable for career growth and corporate engagement. It's great to connect to people from the same department or who has same skill. But its premium plans are costly, the content feed can feel inauthentic or overly self-promotional, and connections often lead to unsolicited sales pitches. Also most of the job application applied won't be replied (ghosted).
