Great for busy weeks

I’ve used it during hectic workweeks and even when I was sick, and the deliveries are always on time. Shoppers communicate if items are out of stock and offer alternatives. It’s convenient, easy to use, and worth the service fee for the time saved!

Sonvenient grocery delivery!

I love using Instacart because it saves me a trip to the store, but sometimes I notice that items are more expensive than in-store prices. Still, the convenience outweighs that for me, especially when I need groceries fast.

Late Delivery and Missing Items

I ordered groceries, but my delivery was late, and several items were missing or swapped for cheaper alternatives. The app was confusing, and I couldn’t easily track my order. Overall, very disappointing.
