Great prices and real leather bags — but plan carefully

I’ve worked with ingrossoborseonline.com, a wholesale supplier of genuine leather bags and accessories. Their prices are among the lowest on the market, which makes them attractive for bulk orders. The quality is generally good, though not consistent across all models — some are excellent, others more average. A key issue is product availability. Items shown as in stock on the website are sometimes unavailable after placing and paying for an order. This leads to inconvenience, as you either have to request a refund or choose replacements. In one case, a model was missing from the shipment, but they sent it with the next order and even offered a refund — which I appreciated. Delivery time is longer than most competitors — typically 20 to 30 days, compared to 10 days elsewhere. Shipping costs are also higher, but this is somewhat offset by their lower product prices. Customer service is a strong point. They always respond to emails promptly and are polite and professional. I recommend working with them, but with caution. It’s important to know in advance which models are high quality and stick to ordering those. I wouldn’t recommend them for frequent, small orders due to the slower delivery and occasional stock issues. I give them a 4 out of 5, although my experience puts them somewhere between a 3 and a 4. I’m choosing to rate them higher because I believe they’re on the right track and will improve their service over time.
