Great deals

I was initially hesitant to book with BudgetAir due to some mixed reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised. I found a fantastic deal on my flight. Paid but Booking Didn’t Go Through

I paid for my flight, but then got an email saying the booking didn’t go through and I’d be refunded. It’s been a while, and I still haven’t received my money back. Customer service hasn’t been helpful either. Really frustrating experience.

BudgetAir is a Trap

I booked a flight through BudgetAir because the price was slightly lower than the airline’s website. That was a huge mistake. When the airline changed my schedule, BudgetAir did nothing to let me know. Their “customer service” is just an unhelpful chatbot and email responses that take days—if they respond at all. I ended up paying more to fix the problem myself directly with the airline
