I ordered a tent and jacket from Steep & Cheap because the prices were great. Yes, I received the goods, the packaging was sturdy, and the items looked exactly as described. But then the problems started: one item was listed as "in stock," but it turned out to be back-ordered and was delayed by several days. When I requested a return for a minor mistake, I had to pay extra for return shipping and wait a week for a response from customer support. If you're thinking of ordering, be careful: the good price comes with compromises - read their terms and conditions carefully and be prepared for possible dissatisfaction.
