it’s 'free,' you know they gotta make their money somehow

It's not that they're lying about being free, they don't ask for money or anything like that. But after a while, you just realize you're spending your valuable time and getting absolutely nothing in return. It's a nice thought, winning big, but the reality is just clicking through a bunch of screens, hoping for a miracle that probably won't happen. For me, it's just not worth the effort for the slim, slim chance.

Avoid PCH Games and Publishers Clearing House.

Their site may contain viruses, the games feel rigged, and the sweepstakes odds are insanely unrealistic. Not worth your time.

had difficulty

I tried to subscribe to a magazine, but had difficulty. It kicked me off the site, then I supposedly started the process, but halfway through the site stopped. In the end, I just gave up. Maybe it was a technical problem, I don't know.

the site redirects you to paid membership

I wanted to try bangforfun and thought it’s free but then i realised I’ve been redirected to some paid subscription site which i looks really spammy. Imo Stay away guys. Better Tinder or Bumble

good idea, but with drawbacks

I've been using Plex as my personal media server for a while now - I stream movies, TV shows and music all from one place, like I have my own Netflix, but with stuff I've uploaded. The interface is nice, it's easy to navigate, and the coolest part - the meta info is pulled automatically: posters, descriptions, even the show theme. I downloaded the app on my smart TV, but some update logged me out of my account and then I played for literally hours to be able to restore it. Another downside, is that it's quite slow.

More for fun

There is certainly an opportunity to make money, but you pretty much have to understand these things. My friend is more involved, but we still haven't made a fortune. More for fun and something minimal than relying on it.

there are various play facilities for children
