Complex and a maze

I did not like their website, it is very complex and badly designed. I really do not know how to navigate it. Customer support or FAQs did not meet my expectations. I will not use it currently, may be in the future when it improves.

Not for Me

So, no, I will not be buying anything on Robinhood Crypto EU. My money, and more importantly, my trust, are better placed elsewhere with platforms that align with my expectations of true ownership and transparent operations. Steer clear if you value genuine autonomy over your crypto.

Disappointed: Verification Doesn't Grant Access

It's incredibly frustrating when you're caught in a verification loop like that. You've done your part, getting verified twice, only for the system to tell you otherwise when you try to access a discount. It's truly unhelpful service that just creates confusion. As a client, I'd be pretty annoyed. The whole point of verifying is to unlock these offers, and when that doesn't happen, it feels like a waste of time. It's a broken experience that needs fixing.

wouldnt use it again

Where I'm running into issues is I verified my job twice now and it's saying I'm verified, but it still won't let me access the discounts that are offered. It keeps telling me I'm not yet verified and when I click the offer, it just loops me back to my profile where it tells me my identity and job are verified. Unhelpful service that only exists to cause confusion

Keep up the great work!

However, these are minor points when weighed against the massive benefits. The convenience of not having to create and remember countless logins, the enhanced security, and the fantastic discount opportunities far outweigh any small frustrations. Another Go

The whole process of 'mining,' or whatever they call it, is actually quite enjoyable. It's not a chore, and you feel like you're part of something new without having to invest a bunch of time or money upfront.on out side... Of course, with crypto, nobody knows what tomorrow brings, so don't expect to get rich.
