I bough my bed and sofa from the store and they are from a good quality. It's been 5 years for my bed but there are no sign of any downgrade. For my sofa, it's still less than 1 year so the quality is still great

I bought 3 plastic locker before, and they only send me one. After asking their CS, they refunded my money for the other 2 that didn't arrived. After opening the package, I realized that the corner piece of my locker is broken which makes it quite flimsy. I suggest you to buy from the offline store for good quality control

I look for a specific bookcase from Ikea before at their offline store, but It's sold out and the offline store in my region is only one. So used their website to purchase my order. The delivery is fast and my bookcase safely arrived without any missing part or broken/tear places
