Withdrawal process is a nightmare

Deposited €200, played for a few hours, and actually got lucky with a €600 win. Everything seemed fine until I tried to withdraw—suddenly, they asked for multiple ID documents, utility bills, and even a selfie with my passport. I provided everything, but they kept rejecting it without clear reasons. After a week of silence, support finally responded but said the withdrawal was "under review" again. It’s been over two weeks now and still no payment. I’ve played at other casinos with smoother payouts—this felt like they were stalling until I gave up.

feel completely scammed.

I signed up, made a deposit, and played for a bit with no issues. The next day, I couldn’t access the site - it just see messag e- it’s not available and blocked access. No warning, no refund, no email. Avoid this site if you value your time and money. $$
